Education & Job Training:
MANY Career paths were sold off overseas thanks to “Trickle Down” Economics.

Steel mill jobs keep dropping: 700,000 (1950’s), 400,000 (1980’s), 80,000 (now) & dropping as more plants closed/closing in recent years (by overseas purchase to remove competition)
UAW jobs (cars) peak 1.5 million (1979), 0.28m (1994 Post-NAFTA): 0.39 (2010), +EV bump: 0.43 (2017)
US manufacturing peak 19.6 million (1979), 17.6m (1980’s), 19.3m (1990), 17.9m (1999), 11.5m (2009), 12.7m (2025)
Coal: 863,000 (1923), 454,000 (1939), 350,000 (1950), 200,000 (1980’s peak), 100,000 (1980’s low), 43,582 (2022)
Jobs NAFTA moved overseas are (never) coming back.

AI data centers are (spiking) electricity costs for US Residents

Solutions:

MASSIVE Job ReTraining into
NEW Industries NOT Cost-Effective to move overseas:
Energy: Wind, Solar, GeoThermal, Grid Expansion & Hardening, Grid Battery/Storage
Auto Repair, Medical, Chemistry, Engineering

Solar Farms are always upgrading,
as new panels go from 100w per panel to 400w to 550w (to 2 sided 750w).
Panels degrade to 80% (lose 20%) over their warranty (15-25 yrs).

So the corp. decision is to Pay for demolition,
or Donation.
That’s where CarHearts comes in, training new waves of installers, troubleshooters, designers & engineers.
This in turn powers our training facilities,
for Auto Repair & Donation for low income parents.

We need (your) donations for facilities, staff, parts, water utilities.
Thank you!
